· OMNI L hoist design could be easily adapted to different stage needs for theatres, auditoriums and cultural centers.
· OMNI L hoist allows for suspending loads over the stage such as scenery, lighting equipment, ceiling panels, draperies etc.
Characteristics:
· OMNI L systems allow their installation on venues without grid, with height limitations or without motor room.
· Speed up to 0.6 m/s.
· Load up to 16.5 kN.
· Travel up to 20 m.
· Up to 10 lift lines.
· Variable or fixed speed operation.
· Electrical equipment with coordination type 2 independent protections and power/brakes redundant control.
· For use with Chemtrol’s control systems and consoles i-Control GX1, i-Control PX1m and i-Control E.
Main components:
· OMNI L hoist consists of several drums and a geared motor linked together using cardan drive shafts. Requires no pulleys.
• Worm gear reducer.
· Silent brake.
· Variable speed drive (not applicable for fixed speed units).
· Travel and safety limits switches.
· Winding and slack cable sensors.
· Absolute, incremental or double channel encoder.
· Load cell.
