Characteristics:
· OMNI C systems allow their installation on venues without grid, with height limitations or without motor room.
· Each chain line is stored on individual bag.
· Speed up to 0.15 m/s.
· Load up to 40 kN.
· Travel up to 30 m.
· Up to 8 lift lines.
· Variable or fixed speed operation.
· Electrical equipment with coordination type 2 independent protections and power/brakes redundant control.
· For use with Chemtrol’s control systems and consoles i-Control GX1, i-Control PX1m and i-Control E.
Main components:
· OMNI C hoist consists of a geared motor and a number of special chain blocks linked together using cardan drive shafts. Requires no pulleys.
· Gearmotor.
· Silent brake.
· Variable speed drive (not applicable for fixed speed units).
· Travel and safety limits switches.
· Absolute and incremental or double channel encoder.
· Load cell.
